Shipping Policy

As the customer you have the responsibility to contact us with in 5 hours of purchase to make any changes to addresses or order after placing. 

Typically orders are shipped out the same day or the next business day at the latest from our warehouse and dropped off at a USPS facility. Usually, shipping from USPS takes 2-3 days to reach anywhere in the continental US, but during holidays and rush times, shipping can take a few extra days. 

We ship out all orders in a discrete and generic bubble wrap envelope. Sometimes boxes may be used to protect larger orders. 

Currently, we are seeing some delays due to adverse weather conditions.

We are currently only shipping within the United States at this point! We plan on expanding our company as quickly as we are able, so please stay tuned, follow us on our social platforms and we will update you as soon as we can send these products to your country. Thanks!

• If you have received tracking info, that means we created the label and your package will be picked up by USPS from our warehouse the same day or next.  Sometimes they take their time updating the info in their system, but if you have tracking info from us, your package should be shipped out that day or next.
• Please have patience with us as we are a small business and doing the best we can to get everything packed properly and shipped out to you. So far as USPS and their shipping speed, we can't do anything about their part of the equation.
